It's been a little while since my last video, things a have been moving so quickly that I've been struggling balance everything!
In this segment I give you my nine month update as well as show you a recording form my first gym session back after the surgery.
I'm feeling really good at the moment and I hope this feeling continues for the foreseeable future!
